Chagford Show has over two hundred stalls each year organised in three large meadows alongside the River Teign. Wander around the outside stands, visit the Craft & Lifestyle Marquee and our Food Hall which champions local food and drink producers and gives you a chance to met them as well as sample their wares.

Trade stands

Sites for those selling goods or services are available in the Craft and Lifestyle Marquee, or exhibitors may erect their own Outside Stand.

Previous Exhibitors

If you had a Trade Stand at the Chagford Show in 2024, we will send you an Application Form and other information in February. If you do not receive an Application Form, please contact the relevant Trade Stand Steward including your name, trading name, e-mail address and details of your booking in 2024.

New Enquiries

Demand for stands each year is very keen. The Show Committee endeavours to maintain variety and novelty. Depending upon the availability of remaining space, application forms will be sent to New Exhibitors April/May with preference given to local enquiries.

Craft and Lifestyle Marquee

We can accommodate around 60 stands in the marquee enabling a wide variety of producers and sellers of handcrafted and lifestyle products to do business. We aim to offer opportunities to as wide a variety of businesses as possible and give preference to local applicants.

New enquiries are welcome from January for new producers or sellers wishing to be added to our waiting list. Prices for a pitch in the marquee start at £60.50 plus VAT (£72.60 inc VAT) for a 2.5m wide space (1.85m deep) and are available up to a maximum of 5metres wide. This price includes 2 visitor wristbands and a parking permit. Standholders will need to provide their own tables, chairs and display units.

Outside Stands

Chagford Show has over one hundred outside trading pitches. Individual sites eight metres deep and minimum three metres frontage are available in aisles laid out over three busy fields, alongside entertainments, rural demonstrations, animal displays and local food outlets.

New enquiries are welcome from January to be added to a waiting list.  Prices for outside stands start @ £55 plus VAT (£66.00 inc VAT), for a 3m frontage/8m depth and increase pro rata by 1.5m up to 24m maximum.  One vehicle pass and two visitor wristbands are included. Food Hall
